With faith in the resurrection, the Lasallian Family in the sector of the Philippines and in the Lasallian East Asia District [LEAD] announce the passing of Sr. Corazon Manalo DC, AFSC.

On the date of the Dragon Boat Festival in Hong Kong (7 June), our teachers and students from De La Salle Secondary School, N.T. participated in the Dragon Boat Invitation Race.

The Lasallian Justice and Peace Commission (LJPC) of the Philippine Sector held its 2019 Annual Assembly last 2-6 June 2019 at De La Salle – John Bosco College in Bislig City.

St. Joseph’s Institution International School Malaysia (SJIIM) recently held its 2nd IBDP graduation ceremony at its Tropicana PJ Campus auditorium. The ceremony which was attended by scores of graduates, parents, sponsors, teachers and VIP guests was graced this time by 3 unique Guests of Honour namely Mr Ian Chai, Ms Desiree Leong and Mr Nikodemus Jaya who were all founding SJII Singapore Scholars and are currently successful professionals in their respective industries in Singapore.

The Lasallian Encounter is a vocation programme for catholic students between the ages of 15-19 that is held annually by La Salle Centre, Ipoh. This years' programme with the theme Jesus Our Illuminator, brought together 17 young men and 2 educators from 6 Lasallian schools within Peninsular Malaysia.

Recently appointed leaders among the Brothers assembled at the Motherhouse in Rome from 28th May to 8th June for a lead-in programme. The LEAD delegation turned out to be the strongest, with Brother Visitor, Armin, and the three Auxiliaries.

After completing his Master’s Degree in USLS (University of St. La Salle) and diploma in ICA (Institute for Culinary Arts), Br. Than Htaik “Joseph” Aung FSC is now back in Yangon, Myanmar and assigned as the manager of La Salle Centre.
