Buttimer Institute Invitation

February 19, 2020

Dear Brothers Timothy, Armin, David and Ricky,

I am writing to you regarding the annual Buttimer Institute of Lasallian Studies to seek your assistance with inviting participants from the District of Australia, New Zealand, Pakistan and Papua New Guinea, the Lasallian East Asia District and any other interested participants from PARC.

We are excited to announce that registration for the 2020 Buttimer Institute is now open! This year, the Institute will be held from Sunday, June 28 through Saturday, July 11, 2020, at Manhattan College in Riverdale, New York.

The Buttimer Institute is held for two weeks over the course of three consecutive years. Buttimer Institute is an intensive Lasallian formation and education program that studies the life, work and spirituality of Saint John Baptist de La Salle and the origins of the Lasallian educational mission. The number of participants for Buttimer I is limited to 40.

We ask you to consider inviting any Lasallians who might be interested in attending this formation program. All who are engaged in Lasallian ministries are welcome to participate. The Buttimer Institute welcomes participants from the worldwide Institute of the Brothers of the Christian Schools. Individuals who have participated in other Regional, District or local formation programs are also welcome.

Tuition for the Buttimer Institute is US $2,775.00. The registration fee does not include travel. Registration and payment is online. Credit card payment is due at the time of registration. The registration deadline is Friday, May 1, 2020.

Please click here for detailed information about this program, including the Buttimer brochure, flier and online registration. Please do not hesitate to contact Michele Beauboeuf (michele@cbconf.org) or me (slaitinen@cbconf.org) if you have any additional questions.

We are grateful for your continued support of our formation programs in the Lasallian Region of North America.

Live Jesus in our hearts … Forever!
