The Lasallian East Asia District Viability & Vitality Committee, as part of its capacity building measures, is seeking to assess the viability and vitality of each sector through a series of assessments and surveys. At the moment the Committee, led by the LEAD Mission Council (LMC), is visiting the Sectors, some on Zoom and some in-person. These visits provide the LMC with an invaluable opportunity to meet those passionate Lasallians who promote our values in their local contexts while fostering collaboration and the exchange of ideas among themselves.
The Visiting Team met with the sectors of Hong Kong and Thailand on 13th March and 24th March, respectively. Visits to the other 5 Sectors are planned over the next few months. The findings from these activities will be used as a basis to develop a sustainability plan for the district as well as feed into the 4th LEAD Mission Assembly.
